Helping developing countries through Entrepreneurship, Education and Ethics.

About the 3E Project

The 3E Project is an action-oriented program created to advance communities in developing countries. The project relies on the 3E Model developed by Dr. John K. Osiri of Washington State University. 3E stands for:

  1. Education and Service
  2. Entrepreneurship and Innovation
  3. Ethics and Governance

The 3E Model holds that in order for a poor community to advance, these three pairs must be implemented simultaneously. The first pilot project is the Warri 3E Project, which is expected to deploy within three Local Government communities that make up the Warri Federal Constituency in Delta State, Nigeria. The contact person for the Warri 3E Project is Mr. Emmanuel A. Ogan.
